Cancellation Policy
We know plans change. We just ask for enough notice to offer your appointment time to another patient who's waiting.
Notice Required
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule online, by phone, or by text.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Membership & Prepaid Credits
Late cancellation and no-show fees may be deducted from banked membership credit or prepaid packages when applicable. Ask our front desk if you have questions about how this applies to your account.
