Booking, Membership & Financing
Yes. Our main clinic in Little Rock offers the full service menu. Our Cabot location, inside The Villa Salon in The Railyard, offers evening and Sunday aesthetic injectable and IV therapy appointments with Jadie Daniel.
We do — we want cost to be one less thing standing between you and feeling your best. Visit our Financing page to see all of our partners and find the option that fits, or give us a call and we're happy to talk it through with you.
Most injectables, facials, and IV therapy have little to no downtime — you can typically go right back to your day. More invasive treatments like microneedling and certain laser treatments will depend on your specific treatment plan. Education is always important to us, so we'll walk through exactly what to expect together, before you ever commit to anything.
We feature a handful of treatments at a limited-time price. Offers are valid while supplies last, and banked membership credits can always be used toward them — visit our Specials page to see what's currently available.
Yes — ask your provider about ZO Skin Health, Colorescience, and ALASTIN, available through our skin care page.
We are a cash-pay clinic and do not bill insurance directly. Most of the services we offer aren't typically covered by insurance, and in the cases where a portion is covered, patients are often left with an out-of-pocket cost higher than our cash-pay pricing. We keep our pricing transparent up front, so you always know what to expect before you book.
Yes — your Collective Membership and any banked credit apply across both our Little Rock and Cabot locations.

You will never be pressured into a treatment — and if we do not offer what you truly need, we will help guide you to someone who does.
Our main location is in Pleasant Ridge Town Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, near Spokes. We also offer select services at our Cabot location inside The Villa Salon at The Railyard, next to CDA. Evening and Sunday appointments for medical aesthetics and IV therapy are available in Cabot with Jadie Daniel. Because Cabot availability and services may vary, appointments are required.
Appointments are recommended for all services. You can schedule online or contact our team if you are unsure which appointment to choose. Our Cabot location is available by appointment only.
Yes. Consultations give us time to listen to your concerns, learn about your goals and recommend the treatment — or combination of treatments — that may serve you best. Consultations are always complimentary, because education is our top priority, though not every visit requires a separate consultation appointment. Certain services may also require a medical evaluation or laboratory testing before treatment.
Your first visit should feel comfortable, unhurried and centered around you. We will sit down together, listen to what has been bothering you and learn what you hope to improve — not just what you think you are supposed to book. Your provider will review your medical history, evaluate your concerns and talk you through the options that may fit your needs, lifestyle, comfort level and budget. We want you to understand the "why" behind every recommendation and feel completely comfortable asking questions. You will never be pressured to make a decision or receive a treatment before you are ready. Our goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported and confident in your plan.
Certain medical aesthetics and wellness services require a medical evaluation, sometimes called a good-faith exam, before treatment. This allows a qualified medical provider to review your health history, medications, allergies, goals and possible contraindications to determine whether treatment is appropriate for you. It is an important part of providing safe, personalized care — not simply a formality. Depending on the service and your medical history, the evaluation may be completed before or in connection with your treatment appointment.
Yes. In addition to Little Rock and Cabot, we care for patients from Hot Springs, Searcy, Pine Bluff, Sheridan, Des Arc, and communities across Central Arkansas. We also see a number of patients who travel from out of state for care.
Yes, for select services. Not every treatment can be provided safely or appropriately through telehealth, and certain services carry restrictions or limitations depending on your location and medical history. We are always happy to talk through what can be handled virtually versus what requires an in-person visit before you book.
Neurotoxins and Facial Balancing
We offer Botox, Xeomin, Daxxify, Dysport and Jeuveau. Each product has unique characteristics, and no single option is best for everyone. Your injector will consider your facial anatomy, muscle strength, previous treatments, desired movement and treatment goals before recommending a product.
You may begin to notice changes within several days, but most neurotoxins need approximately two weeks to fully settle. The onset and final result can vary based on the product, treatment area, dose and your individual response.
Results commonly last approximately three to four months, although longevity varies by product, dosage, treatment area, muscle strength and individual metabolism. Some products, including Daxxify, may last longer for certain patients.
Neurotoxin units are not interchangeable from one brand to another. A unit of Daxxify or Dysport is not equivalent to a unit of Botox, Xeomin or Jeuveau, so a higher unit number does not necessarily mean you are receiving a stronger or larger treatment. Dysport and Daxxify are typically counted using different dosing systems and often require numerically more units per treatment area than Botox or Xeomin. Jeuveau is commonly dosed more similarly to Botox, although individual treatment plans can vary. Your injector will select the product and dose based on your muscle strength, anatomy, previous response and desired result — not simply by comparing unit numbers between brands.
Only if that is the result you want! If you ask for frozen, your wish can absolutely be granted. A very smooth or "frozen" result is not right for everyone, which is why we take time to talk with you and explain your options before treatment. Some patients want to preserve more natural movement, while others prefer a stronger correction with very little movement. Your injector will help you understand what is realistic and customize your treatment around the look you want while keeping your facial anatomy and safety in mind.
Dermal filler may be used to enhance or restore volume in areas such as the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, smile lines and other facial areas when clinically appropriate.
One syringe contains a relatively small amount of product — approximately the volume of a small blueberry. Depending on your anatomy and goals, achieving balanced proportions may require more than one syringe or a carefully staged treatment plan. We will explain what can realistically be accomplished with each syringe and help you prioritize treatments based on your goals, timeline and budget.
Full facial balancing looks at how all of your features work together rather than focusing on one isolated area. Your provider may recommend treating the cheeks, chin, lips, jawline, temples or other areas to create more harmonious proportions and natural-looking balance.
Depending on the type of filler, placement, treatment area and individual metabolism, results may last approximately six months to up to two years. Areas with more movement may metabolize filler more quickly. Your provider will explain what to expect based on the specific product and treatment plan recommended for you.
Sculptra and Radiesse are biostimulatory injectables that help encourage your body's natural collagen production over time. Sculptra gradually improves facial volume, structure and skin quality, with results developing progressively after a series of treatments. Radiesse can provide visible volume and structural support immediately while also helping stimulate collagen production over time. Depending on your goals, it may be used for facial contouring, rejuvenation or in a diluted form to improve skin quality. Your provider will determine whether traditional filler, Sculptra, Radiesse or a combination is the best fit for your needs.
Skin, Laser and Regenerative Treatments
The best treatment depends on your skin type, medical history, specific concerns, desired results and tolerance for downtime. After evaluating your skin, we may recommend customized skincare, facials, Hydrofacial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, HELIX resurfacing, laser hair reduction or treatments for pigmentation and vascular concerns. We will always be honest about what we believe will — and will not — help you. If the best treatment for your concern is something we do not offer, we will let you know and refer you to a trusted professional when possible. Our priority is helping you get the right care, even when that treatment is not with us.
HELIX is an exceptionally customizable resurfacing platform that combines fractional COâ‚‚ technology with a non-ablative 1570 nm wavelength. This allows us to create treatments ranging from light resurfacing with minimal downtime to more intensive correction. CoolPeel is a superficial fractional COâ‚‚ treatment designed to improve fine lines, sun damage, pores and uneven texture with little social downtime. Sultra is a non-ablative treatment that delivers heat beneath the skin while leaving the surface intact. It supports collagen remodeling and may improve texture, fine lines and overall skin quality with less surface healing. FUSION combines COâ‚‚ resurfacing with non-ablative 1570 nm energy in the same treatment. It addresses the skin at multiple depths and can be customized for concerns such as texture, laxity, wrinkles, pigmentation and scarring while balancing results with your acceptable downtime. Traditional or deeper DEKA COâ‚‚ resurfacing provides a more intensive treatment for concerns such as deeper wrinkles, significant sun damage, advanced texture changes and scars. These treatments involve more healing and downtime but may create more substantial correction. HELIX treatments are not one preset procedure. Your provider can adjust the depth, energy, treatment pattern and combination of wavelengths according to your skin type, concern and comfort with downtime.
Downtime depends on the treatment selected and how aggressively your skin is treated. A light CoolPeel or Sultra treatment may involve mild redness and a dry or sandpaper-like texture, while FUSION and deeper COâ‚‚ treatments require more healing time. We will discuss the expected recovery period before treatment and provide detailed preparation and aftercare instructions.
Many skin concerns respond best to a series of treatments. The recommended number depends on the condition being treated, the technology used, the starting condition of your skin and the result you hope to achieve. Your plan may also combine in-office procedures with medical-grade skincare to improve and maintain your results.
Yes. Acne and acne scarring are not the same concern, so treatment begins by determining whether we need to control active breakouts, improve discoloration, treat existing scars or address a combination of concerns. Your personalized plan may include medical-grade skincare, customized facials, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP or PRF, regenerative add-ons or HELIX resurfacing. Deeper or more complex scarring may require a series of treatments or a referral for an additional procedure.
Yes, but melasma and hyperpigmentation require careful evaluation because not every discoloration should be treated the same way. Certain aggressive or heat-based procedures can worsen some pigment conditions. We may recommend a combination of medical-grade skincare, pigment-correcting products, chemical peels or carefully selected energy-based treatments. We will consider your skin type, triggers and history before recommending a plan.
Yes. We care for patients across all skin tones and skin types. Treatment settings and recommendations must be selected carefully because different skin types can respond differently to lasers, peels and other procedures. Our priority is choosing the safest, most appropriate treatment for your skin. If a particular service is not the best choice, we will explain why and recommend another option.
Hormone and Metabolic Optimization
Possible symptoms may include fatigue, brain fog, difficulty sleeping, mood changes, hot flashes, night sweats, low libido, vaginal changes, weight gain, reduced muscle mass, changes in menstrual cycles, poor recovery or a general sense that you no longer feel like yourself. These symptoms can have many causes, so we do not assume hormones are always the answer. Your provider will review your symptoms, health history and laboratory findings to look at the complete picture.
Yes. We provide personalized hormone and metabolic optimization for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause and other hormone-related concerns. Your plan may address symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, low energy, weight changes, reduced libido and brain fog. Treatment is individualized according to your symptoms, health history, laboratory results, goals and risk factors.
Yes. Our Male Hormone Optimization Program includes a comprehensive medical evaluation, laboratory testing, individualized treatment and continued monitoring. Testosterone therapy is only prescribed when it is medically appropriate for the individual patient.
No. Laboratory testing is an important part of the evaluation, but numbers do not tell the entire story. We consider your symptoms, medical history, current medications, health risks, goals and lab results together. Our goal is not simply to make a number higher or lower. It is to create a safe, medically appropriate plan that supports how you feel and your long-term health.
Laboratory testing is usually performed more frequently while your treatment is being started or adjusted. Follow-up labs may initially be completed approximately every three months. Once you are stable and optimized, monitoring may transition to approximately every six months based on your provider's recommendations and individual needs.
Some patients begin noticing certain improvements within a few weeks, while other benefits may develop over several months. Energy, sleep, mood, libido, body composition and other symptoms may improve at different rates. Hormone optimization is a process rather than an overnight change. Continued communication, symptom assessment and laboratory monitoring help us safely adjust your plan over time.
No. Your required lab work can be completed offsite near you, so an initial in-person visit to our Little Rock clinic is not required to get started. Our providers are multi-state licensed and see patients throughout Arkansas, as well as several other states, with your ongoing care coordinated remotely between visits.
Medical Weight Loss
We offer several medically guided weight-loss options. Depending on your medical history, goals and clinical eligibility, your treatment plan may include once-weekly injectable medications, medication shipped directly to you or other provider-selected therapies. Medication availability and treatment recommendations may change. Your provider will review the available options with you and recommend the program that best fits your health needs, lifestyle and goals.
No. Medical weight-loss medications are not appropriate for everyone. Your provider will review your health history, current medications, previous weight-loss efforts, laboratory findings and possible contraindications before recommending treatment. If a medication is not safe or appropriate for you, we will explain why and discuss other options whenever possible.
We offer several levels of support because not every patient needs the same type of program. Options may include once-weekly injections, medication shipped directly to you or more comprehensive programs that may include medication, additional IV therapy, booster injections, blood work, provider monitoring and ongoing support. Your care team will help you select the program that provides the right level of structure and accountability for you.
Weight-loss results vary from person to person. Your response to medical weight loss shots, nutrition, activity, sleep, hormones, health history and starting weight can all influence your progress. We focus on safe, sustainable improvement rather than promising a certain number of pounds within a specific timeframe. Your provider will monitor your response and help you set realistic goals.
Not necessarily. A higher dose is not automatically better. Your dose will be based on your progress, appetite control, side effects and how your body responds. Safety is always our first priority. We will not increase your dose simply because a certain amount of time has passed if your current dose is working well or an increase is not clinically appropriate.
Reaching your goal is only one part of the process. Your provider will help you create a maintenance plan designed to protect your progress and reduce the likelihood of significant weight regain. Depending on your individual needs, maintenance may include medication adjustments, a lower or less frequent dose, continued monitoring, nutritional guidance and ongoing support.
Wellness Services
Yes. IV therapy — including custom infusions, ozone therapy, and iron infusions — is available with walk-in convenience at our Little Rock clinic. Our Cabot location, inside The Villa Salon at The Railyard, also offers IV therapy by appointment with Jadie Daniel.
Our panel tests over 50 health markers — well beyond a standard annual physical — including hormone levels, thyroid function, metabolic markers, nutrient and vitamin levels, cardiovascular health, autoimmune markers, and kidney function. It is required before every HRT and TRT program, and your provider reviews every result with you in detail.
No. Our hereditary cancer screening is a genetic panel, offered through our partnership with Ambry Genetics, that looks for inherited mutations linked to over 70 hereditary cancers. It is a proactive, preventive step rather than a diagnostic test for existing cancer, and it is often recommended before starting HRT for patients with a personal or family history of certain cancers.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal your body to do something specific — support recovery, deeper sleep, or metabolic function. Peptide therapy can stand on its own as a targeted protocol or work alongside a broader hormone, weight-loss, or recovery plan. Your provider will review your labs and goals to determine whether it is an appropriate fit for you.
Safety and Patient Support
Please contact Collective Wellness directly. We want to know when you have a question or something does not feel right — even if you are unsure whether it is significant. Our patients have access to their care team seven days a week for treatment-related questions and guidance. We will listen, evaluate what you are experiencing and help determine the appropriate next step. If you experience a severe or life-threatening reaction, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.
No medical or aesthetic treatment can guarantee a particular result. Every person's anatomy, skin, health history and response to treatment are different. We will provide honest recommendations, discuss realistic expectations and explain potential risks before treatment. If achieving your desired result is likely to require multiple treatments, additional product or a different service, we will tell you. Our commitment is to guide you honestly, treat you safely and support you throughout the process.
